1. All signs, including all fixings and sundry items, remain the property of Semantic signs. Real estate signs are hired for period of the sale, for a maximum duration of 90 days.

 

2. Signs are only to be removed by Semantic Signs. When the sign is no longer required, Semantic Signs should be notified and will remove the sign the following business day.

 

3. Standard, installation is included in the price. This means the sign is positioned by us in a location deemed by us to be suitable.

 

4. If final approval is given prior to 3.30pm, signs will be installed the following business day (Brisbane Metro).

 

5. All invoices are payable in 7 working days from the date of installation. Signs will be removed if payment hasn't been received at this time. An additional fee will apply for re-installation.
